Job summary

Methuen Construction is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join their team in Gloucester, MA. These professionals will operate a variety of heavy machinery on water and wastewater construction projects, emphasizing safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidates have at least 5 years of experience, hold a MA Hoisting license (2A preferred), and possess an OSHA 10 certificate along with a valid driver’s license. Per diem and comprehensive benefits are included.

Methuen Construction is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join their team in Gloucester, MA. What You’ll Need

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment (loaders, backhoes, excavators, dozers, lulls, forklifts)
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR
• MA Hoisting license required; 2A or more Mass Hydraulics License preferred
• OHSA 10 certificate
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Ability to safely maneuver around construction sites and equipment
• Prepared to work in various weather conditions and environments
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, balance, stoop, and reach regularly
• Specific vision abilities required (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustment)
• Pre-employment drug and background check required
