Job Summary: Operates heavy equipment such as backhoes, loaders, graders, and dozers. Ability to control or manipulate machinery in a wide variety of fields as it applies to the mining industry.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Must be able to travel to different job locations.
• Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with supervisors and management.
• Complete jobs on time and efficiently.
• Understand and follow all safety procedures relevant to specific job sites.
• Operate equipment with precision and accuracy, ensuring safety on the job site and around co-workers.
• Work independently with minimal or no supervision.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license, including equipment license if necessary.
• MSH/OSHA certification.
• Pass drug tests and random screenings.
• Preferred: 5+ years of relevant heavy equipment operating experience.

Additional notes: Applicants must adhere to dress code guidelines, including laced steel toe boots and appropriate PPEs. Most work will be outdoors in Florida’s weather. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required. All applicants must follow safety rules and company policies.
