D&G Multi Services LLC is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Prince George, VA. This hands-on role involves operating excavators, bulldozers, graders, loaders, and compactors on active projects.

Ideally you have proven experience with land clearing, grading, and demolition, plus the ability to read grade stakes and site plans. A valid driver's license is required; CDL is a plus. Join our hardworking crew and contribute to safe, high-quality project delivery.

D&G Multi Services LLC is looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing team in Prince George, VA. Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, graders, loaders, and compactors on job sites
• Perform site preparation, grading, excavation, and land clearing operations
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on all assigned equipment
• Follow project plans, grade stakes, and supervisor instructions to ensure accurate work
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to OSHA and company safety standards
• Coordinate with ground crew, laborers, and site supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
• Report equipment malfunctions or site hazards to management promptly

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment in a professional setting
• Experience doing Land Clearing and Grading
• Experience with Demolition
• Ability to read and interpret grade stakes, site plans, and project specifications
• Strong knowledge of equipment safety protocols and OSHA regulations
• Valid driver's license required; CDL a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physical terrain
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous experience in site work, utilities, or land clearing preferred
