What You'll Need

• Previous equipment operating experience is preferred
• Ability to read and follow basic plans, drawings, and grade information
• Experience with dozers, excavators, graders, or scrapers is a plus
• Familiarity with GPS or machine control systems is beneficial
• Basic understanding of grading, excavation, and job site safety practices
• Responsible for maintaining equipment and tools
• Reliable and punctual; able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work overtime or adjusted hours as needed
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to pass a DOT physical with a drug and alcohol test
