Blade Construction LLC is seeking a reliable Heavy Equipment Operator for a long-term marine construction project through 2027. Primary work includes operating a 700-class bulldozer, with opportunities to run other large equipment such as 300+ class excavators and marsh buggies.

We value a positive attitude, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and productivity on the jobsite near the coast.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating heavy equipment on construction sites.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate heavy equipment with precision on marine/heavy civil sites.
• Inspect machinery and coordinate with supervisors and mechanics to maintain performance.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to protect personnel and property.
• Work under field supervisor direction to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.
• Assist with other labor or equipment tasks as needed to progress the project.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional work habits on sites.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule

Full-Time: Monday-Friday
