Responsibilities

Allan Myers is seeking a dedicated, hardworking equipment operator to join our team at our quarry. We promote from within and offer excellent benefits. The hourly rate ranges from $23.00 to $26.00, based on experience.

This position involves operating heavy construction equipment such as 980M, 972M, 336 Excavator with bucket and hammer, A-35 haul truck, skid steer, and Freightliner water truck. Responsibilities include safe operation, maintenance, and upkeep of equipment.

• Perform equipment maintenance such as cleaning, greasing, and oiling.
• Adjust controls to operate equipment and attachments like blades, buckets, and swing booms.
• Coordinate with field manager to plan daily tasks and determine the best methods for safe, accurate, and timely completion.
• Make judgments on the most efficient operation of equipment and attachments.
• Comply with Allan Myers policies, including equipment maintenance procedures and safety standards, emphasizing safety and the policy 'Home Safe Tonight.'
