We are a small, family-owned commercial and residential site work company based in Danbury, CT, currently seeking a qualified Construction Equipment Operator to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating construction equipment

• Proficient in excavation for septic system installs/repairs, drainage, sewer/water lines, and general site preparation

• Ability to read and interpret civil blueprints IS A MUST!

• Skilled in site layout, grade setting, and operating laser levels

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Preferred Skills:

• Mechanical aptitude and equipment maintenance experience

• CDL license (preferred, but not required)

• Valid driver’s license is a must
