Dugan & Meyers is growing and looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to support our self-perform concrete operations, with a focus on commercial and post-tension concrete projects. If you’re an experienced operator who takes pride in precision, safety, and productivity, we want to hear from you.
As a Heavy Equipment Operator in our self-perform group, you’ll operate a range of construction equipment—including excavators, dozers, forklifts, and skid steers—to support complex concrete projects. When equipment is not in use, you may assist with Carpenter or Laborer duties as needed.
Your knowledge of concrete foundations, vertical structures, elevated decks, and forming systems will be key to the team’s success on high-profile commercial builds.

5+ years of equipment operation experience, preferably in concrete construction
Experience working on commercial or post-tension concrete projects
Strong knowledge of site layout, excavation, grading, and forming support
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
Willingness to perform general craft work when equipment is not in use
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Long-term job stability with a growing, respected contractor
Competitive health, dental, and vision coverage
401(k) with generous company match
Paid time off, including your birthday off with pay
