Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Operate heavy construction equipment including Skid Steers, Backhoes, Loaders, and Excavators with precision and care.
• Perform field-level maintenance tasks such as preventative checks, greasing and inspection for damage.
• Use a laser for shooting proper elevations.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards at all times.
• Must be physically able to load and unload equipment onto trucks and trailers safely.
• Assist with labor tasks on-site when required.

Qualifications:

• Valid state driver's license with Class A CDL a plus.
• Must have 5+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment.
• Capable of safely digging alongside homes to assist with removal of concrete driveways.
• Strong understanding of heavy equipment operations, safety practices, and maintenance procedures.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, tools, and methods related to the concrete industry.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude for maintaining equipment performance.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic outdoor environments.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent squatting, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions (sun, rain, wind, heat, cold).
