Overview

Tradesmen International is seeking to expand our team of qualified Trade Professionals for current and future projects in and around Champaign, IL. Most positions are first shift with a pay scale of up to $40/hour, depending on experience and skill level. If you are a Heavy Equipment Operator looking to work alongside skilled craftsmen who prioritize safety, productivity, and quality workmanship, this is your opportunity to advance your career!

Job Scope

1. Operating various types of heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, excavators, dozers, backhoes, loaders, skid steers, etc.
2. Digging pits, trenches, or holes as directed; restoring and landscaping disturbed areas
3. Performing rough and finish grading
4. Asphalt paving
5. Unloading and transporting materials
6. Pipe laying
7. Performing other duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience operating related equipment
• Wearing PPE at all times
• Possession of CDL and relevant certifications
