NOW HIRING: Telehandler Operator with Electrical/Underground Experience – Baltimore, MD

Talent Corps is actively seeking a Skilled Equipment Operator for a long-term commercial project. This position requires experience operating a telehandler (Lull) and working with underground electrical conduit, banks, and trench systems.

Ongoing Work + Overtime Opportunities (Some Saturdays)
Location: Baltimore, MD
️Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate telehandler (Lull) safely and efficiently on active commercial job sites

• Assist in excavation, trenching, and backfilling for underground electrical conduit and duct banks

• Support the installation of underground electrical systems, including routing conduit through trenches

• Work closely with electricians and crew to align trench work with electrical layout plans

• Read and interpret blueprints and site plans to execute precise trench locations and depths

• Maintain daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues

• Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety protocols

• Support general labor duties when equipment is not in use

• Ensure work is completed to code, on schedule, and with high attention to detail

️ Requirements:

• Must have verifiable experience operating a Lull/telehandler on commercial sites- license a must

• Experience in underground electrical conduit systems is REQUIRED

• Must pass an on-site driving test

• Ability to read blueprints

• Own reliable transportation to site

• Physically fit and ready for hands-on work

• Strong safety mindset

• Must pass a back ground and drug screen
