The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic for the Phoenix Region. The Mechanic will assess, adjust, and repair mobile equipment used in construction, following manufacturer recommendations and safety standards.

You will perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and routine tasks, with opportunities to work across the United States in our Building, Transportation, and Water Divisions, supported by industry-leading training and career

Qualifications

• Able to perform physical labor and operate in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Good communication with teammates and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects.

Responsabilités

• Replaces and repairs parts on damaged or misplaced equipment.
• Completes inspections on heavy-duty equipment to diagnose issues.
• Performs preventative maintenance per manufacturer recommendations, considering cost and efficiency.
• Cleans, lubricates, and performs routine maintenance on equipment and mobile vehicles.
• Performs minor welding assembly and installation for equipment as needed.
