Job summary

Pennsy Supply, a CRH company, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic in Lebanon, PA to maintain and service mobile equipment including haul trucks and paving/construction gear. You will follow safety policies, coordinate with foremen and vendors, and perform repairs to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 2–5 years of relevant experience. Shift flexibility and basic computer skills are needed to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of previous experience preferred.
• Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems is helpful.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Experience with diagnostic tools beneficial.
• Able to work varying shifts to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Lubricate and service company mobile equipment.
• Enforce safety policies and follow MSHA/OSHA/DOT rules.
• Communicate with foremen for scheduling and status.
• Identify parts and coordinate with vendors for orders.
• Replace parts such as lights, brakes, bearings, and springs.
• Service gearboxes and hydraulic systems; maintain oils.
• Maintain a clean work area and manage repair costs.
• Collaborate with team and assist as needed.
