WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to repair and maintain our fleet of heavy equipment under supervision. The role includes performing preventive maintenance, safety checks, service calls, and repairs, with opportunities to assist Lead Mechanics.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance services.
• Conducts safety checks on vehicles.
• Performs service calls.
• Reviews and completes repairs identified on Vehicle Condition Reports.
• Assists Lead Mechanics as needed.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA and organizational standards.
• Completes paperwork associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounts for applied times.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
