Job summary

Ironclad Powered by Mersino seeks a Mechanic to maintain, diagnose, and repair equipment ensuring peak performance and safety. You will perform inspections, diagnose issues, and document work while ordering parts as needed.

The role emphasizes strict safety compliance, with pre-employment drug screen and background checks expected. Strong mechanical skills and welding experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in equipment or vehicle maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Welding experience preferred.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Valid driver’s license. Proficient in English for communication, following highway signs, and completing reports.
• CDL driving experience from military service accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on equipment and vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders.
• Ensure all equipment meets safety and operational standards.
• Order parts and supplies as needed.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment when required.
• Other duties as assigned.

About The Job

The Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing company equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
