Job summary

MasterTech is seeking experienced Diesel Mechanics in York PA to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of a diverse line of heavy equipment in a shop setting. The role offers leadership pathways and opportunities for career growth within a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Diesel experience or a relevant training program, with strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and proficiency with diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Diesel Mechanic experience or completion of a Diesel Technology/Mechanic program.
• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Proficient with diagnostic scanning tools.
• Welding experience is preferred.
• OEM Training is a major asset.
• Working knowledge on construction, earth moving, forestry, mining, landscaping, etc., equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair a diverse line of heavy equipment in a shop environment.
• Provide diagnostics and repairs to ensure equipment uptime.

MasterTech is on the search for experienced Diesel Mechanics in York PA.

Mechanics will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of a diverse line of heavy equipment in a shop environment. Leadership roles and growth available.

Compensation:

• $32.00 - $45.00/hour based on experience, training, certifications, etc.

Shift:

• Day Shift; Monday to Friday
  

Key Qualifications:
