Job summary

Brown Equipment Company is seeking experienced diesel mechanics to join our team on the 1st shift in Indiana. You’ll service, diagnose, and repair heavy equipment, ensuring uptime for our customers.

We offer competitive pay up to $35/hour, a quarterly bonus, tool and boot allowances, a 401(k) match, and comprehensive health benefits. Uniforms provided and a 40-hour week with no weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a diesel mechanic.
• Mechanical experience with heavy equipment and hydraulics.
• Must have your own tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in diesel repair preferred.
