The role prioritizes safety and requires hands-on expertise in diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systems, and field service. Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, performing preventive maintenance, welding and fabrication as needed, and keeping detailed inspections to meet DOT safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with diesel engine repair and brake repair.
• Knowledge of air brake systems and suspension components.
• Ability to work on industrial equipment, tractor-trailers, farm machinery, and dealership vehicles.
• Proficiency in assembling and disassembling mechanical components.
• Clean MVR; preferred 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety as the top priority in the workplace.
• Diagnose and repair equipment in shop or field locations.
• Perform service, maintenance, repair, and overhaul per manufacturer specs.
• Analyze and diagnose diesel engines, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems.

• Record inspections to ensure vehicles meet DoT safety standards.

We are seeking a seasoned Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of vehicles and machinery.

Duties

• Ensure that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
• Diagnose and perform equipment repairs in response to maintenance requests, in shop or in field locations.
• Perform service, maintenance , repair, and overhaul in accordance with manufacturers recommendations.
• Ability to analysis and diagnose issues with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, electrical systems and electronic systems.
• Perform welding and brazing, fabricate, and modify parts, equipment, and , miscellaneous structures and attachments.
• Conduct and record keep inspections to ensure vehicles meet Department of Transportation safety standards.
