Job summary

Brown Equipment Company is hiring experienced diesel mechanics to service and repair heavy equipment in our shop and field operations.

This role offers competitive pay up to $35/hour, quarterly bonuses, tool and boot allowances, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) match and medical/dental/vision coverage. Shift is 1st with no weekends and a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of diesel mechanic experience
• Experience with heavy equipment and hydraulics
• Own tools required
• HS diploma or equivalent; diesel tech cert preferred

PAY AND BENEFITS:

• Up to $35 per hour (depending on experience)
• Up to $2,500 quarterly bonus
• Quarterly tool allowance ($250 - $750; based on tenure)
