Barnsco Texas is looking for an experienced Equipment Mechanic to join our fast-paced, high-performing team. If you're skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy and medium-duty construction equipment—and you're looking for long-term growth with a company that actually sees your hard work—then this opportunity is for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and repair forklifts, tractors, trailers, and other construction equipment
• Perform mechanical and electrical inspections and maintenance
• Conduct road calls and provide emergency services to customers
• Complete work orders and paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with the Equipment Service Manager
• Train and mentor new team members
• Ensure top-tier service and safety standards are always met
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance or rental services
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret schematics
• Familiarity with computer-assisted diagnostics
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• High school diploma or GED required
