Staker Parson Companies recruits a Lube Technician to service and lubricate diesel engines, inspect vehicle components, and keep fleet fluid levels in check. The role involves oil changes, filter replacements, and routine diagnostics across shop, yard, or job sites.

Two years of technical field experience with heavy equipment and a high school diploma or GED are preferred, with CDL-A endorsements and safety training considered positives. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of technical field experience servicing heavy equipment and trucks.
• Must read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Own tools may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance (oil changes, lubrication, coolant, fuel).
• Analyze malfunctions and report need for diagnostics or repair to lead or foreman.
• Operate and inspect vehicle equipment to diagnose defects.
• Dismantle and reassemble equipment using hand tools.
• Examine parts for damage or wear.
• Use maintenance software to create work orders, schedule PMs, and document repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and maintenance areas.
• Assist other staff to ensure efficient vehicle operations.
• May work in shop, yard, or on job sites.
• Perform DOT inspections and brake adjustments.
• Maintain fluid analysis program.
