McKee Utility Contractors in Austin, TX is seeking a Fuel-Lube Technician to fuel, lubricate, and service heavy equipment on active construction sites. You will operate a fuel/lube truck, perform preventive maintenance, and catch small issues before they turn into costly breakdowns.

This role is based in the Austin/Hutto area with daily travel between job sites. You will keep records, handle fuels and waste fluids, and follow OSHA/DOT safety rules as part of MasTec CE&I’s safety-driven culture.

Formación

• Valid Class B CDL is required.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and grease equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Fuel and grease heavy equipment on a daily route across job sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance at scheduled intervals (oil, filter, fluids).
• Inspect equipment for leaks or wear and report to shop.
• Operate and maintain the fuel/lube service truck and equipment.
• Maintain records of fuel usage, PMs, and fluids dispensed.
• Collect oil samples for fluid analysis programs.
