Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• 2+ years of foreman or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification is a plus.

• Operate heavy equipment such as Pulverizers and Specialty Spreaders.
• Lead and supervise crew members on-site to ensure project goals are met.
• Plan daily work activities and delegate tasks effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members.
• Monitor job progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.

Position Overview
