This 15-month, fully paid apprenticeship trains you to troubleshoot and repair diesel equipment, with hands-on experience across Caterpillar products and full-time benefits during training. Starting compensation is $20.50–$21.50 per hour for the 1st shift, with multiple shift options and overtime opportunities after completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to read manuals.
• Proficient in MS Office and service software; able to document work orders.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive customer experience and teamwork.
• Complete service reports and accurate documentation for work orders.
• Diagnose and repair diesel equipment as part of the apprenticeship program.
• Learn to operate heavy equipment and follow safety procedures.
