Mechanics Hub in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Field Service Technician – Heavy Equipment to service forklifts, cranes, hoists and related systems at customer sites. You will travel to client locations to diagnose, repair and refurbish equipment in a hands-on, draw on hydraulic, electrical and mechanical skills.

This role offers a steady field service schedule, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repair experience.
• Heavy equipment repair experience with mounted systems or similar machinery.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to perform 100% field service work in Little Rock, AR and surrounding areas.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a 1-year DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or equivalent; pass background check and drug test.
• Must have or be willing to obtain the necessary toolset and be comfortable with basic computer systems for service records.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair forklifts, knuckle boom cranes, loaders, lift gates, hoists, and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, safety checks, corrective repairs, upgrades, and refurbishment work in a field service environment.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues using troubleshooting procedures, diagnostic tools, and hands-on repair skills.
• Complete service records, daily reports, work documentation, and related updates using company systems.
• Follow safe work practices, environmental requirements, technical procedures, and service bulletins.
• Support customer satisfaction by addressing service concerns professionally and communicating repair opportunities or follow-up needs.
