Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming inspections for all rental equipment and perform rope inspections using Scope equipment
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on heavy equipment on-site and in-house
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems remotely and in person
• Deliver equipment training and technical support to customers
• Manage service records, parts inventory, and maintenance schedules using SAP and Verizon Connect
• Travel to customer locations as needed, including emergency service calls
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment in compliance with housekeeping standards
• Follow all departmental safety protocols and company compliance policies
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or production management
