Empower Rental Group is seeking a Field Service Technician for our Spartanburg, SC location to diagnose and repair a diverse fleet of heavy equipment. You will operate a fully equipped service truck, travel to customer sites, and own your day with a high degree of independence.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment.
• Experience with diesel engines, powertrain, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform urgent service calls and repairs.
• Diagnose complex issues on heavy equipment and perform repairs.
• Maintain and stock the service vehicle and document all work orders.
• Communicate with customers on-site and train them on equipment use.
• Support shop technicians and participate in continuous improvement.
