Job summary

Delta Ag Equipment seeks a Service Technician to diagnose and repair heavy equipment, working under the Service Manager. You will perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs and assemble equipment for customers while coordinating with service, parts and sales teams.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems essential.
• Experience with heavy equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on heavy equipment.
• Assemble equipment for Delta Ag Equipment and customers.
• Read technical manuals, schematics and regulations to determine repair needs.
• Prepare quotes for labor and parts under Service Manager guidance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and proper operation of tools and workspace.
• Collaborate with parts, sales and service teams to meet customer needs.
