Knife River Corporation, a leading construction materials producer, is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic for their Idaho Falls division. This role involves working independently and in teams, maintaining construction equipment, and potentially traveling in extreme weather conditions. Knife River is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic for our Idaho Falls division. This position will require you to be able to work both independently and as a team player. Travel may be required and working in extreme weather conditions should be expected. We offer a competitive salary and full benefit package including 401K, Medical, Dental & Vision.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years minimum working with all phases of construction equipment. Heavy paving equipment experience is a plus.
• Must be able to diagnose component, troubleshoot, repair, communicate and document.
• Certifications and/or technical school experience is preferred.
