Job summary

Mechanics Hub in Conway, SC is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic for a field service role. You will diagnose and repair heavy equipment onsite, including hydraulics, electrical systems, and diesel engines, with proficiency in CAT ET, Cummins INSITE, JPRO, and Tech Tool.

You’ll manage truck parts and inventory while supporting OT and schedule adjustments. Local candidates with 5+ years of hands-on experience and a valid license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years diagnosing and repairing heavy construction equipment.
• Proficient in hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Experience with diagnostic software (CAT ET, Cummins INSITE, JPRO, Tech Tool).
• Diesel engine repair and welding experience.
• Must have stable previous work experience.
• Previous field service experience.

A well-established maintenance company is looking to add experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics to join their skilled team in the Conway, SC area for a field service opportunity.Job Requirements:At least 5+ years' experience diagnosing and repairing heavy construction equipment (excavators, loaders, motor graders, haul trucks, etc.)Strong hydraulic and electrical skills.Experience with diagnostic software (CAT ET, Cummins INSITE, JPRO, Tech Tool, etc.).Hands on repair experience with Diesel Engines.Previous welding experience.Must have stable previous work experiencePrevious field service experienceAbility to manage service truck inventory, parts, and suppliesMust own tools and have a Valid Drivers License with clean record.Compensation:$35.00 - $45.00/hour to start. Starting wage is dependent upon previous industry experience.Comprehensive Benefits + PTO + Boot Allowance + Uniforms Provided and LaunderedTake Home Service Truck.Shifts:Day Shift, 6:00am 5:00pm, Monday Friday.Lots of Overtime available and offered.Must be willing to take on additional hours and shift adjustments based on operational needs.The successful technician will be subject to pre-employment background checks.#MHR
