Job description

We are seeking a Field Technician with vehicle mechanic experience to join our Baltimore team. You will service forklifts and other equipment throughout the greater metro area. The role requires independence, problem-solving skills, and your own tools.

Responsibilities

1. Inspect, diagnose, and service heavy lift equipment (diesel, electric, or LP fueled).
2. Identify potential technical problems and determine necessary repairs.
3. Maintain equipment service records.
4. Conduct regular PM checks onsite at customer locations.
5. Test mechanical equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers’ specifications.
6. Have hydraulic, diesel, and electrical system experience.
7. Be a safe driver with a clean driving record.
8. Pass pre-employment physical, background check, and drug screening.

Bonus: Prior mechanical and technical experience with large mobile equipment is highly desirable.
