Job summary

Dobbs Equipment, LLC is seeking an experienced Service Technician to repair, diagnose, overhaul and recondition heavy equipment for customers and the dealership. You may work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed, and you will follow all safety policies to ensure safe operation.

Responsibilities include maintaining records of time and parts, ordering replacement components, and assisting with on‑site service calls. A valid driver's license and mechanical aptitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean record.
• Experience with industrial equipment maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and perform repairs.
• Willingness to work up to 12-hour days and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Recondition, repair, service, and assemble heavy equipment.
• Diagnose problems and determine required repairs.
• Maintain records of time, parts and supplies used.
• Report to Service Manager about additional work needed.
• Direct helpers and trainees; ensure safety and quality.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment with care.
