Job summary

Sancrest Llc is seeking a Senior Shop Service Technician 4 to perform complex diagnostics, repairs, and overhauls of heavy equipment and diesel systems in an on-site service shop.

You will troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain issues, conduct major component rebuilds, and perform preventive maintenance to manufacturer standards. You will document all work, support safe shop practices, and mentor junior technicians to uphold uptime and workmanship.

Qualifications

• Senior-level technical ability to diagnose and repair heavy equipment and diesel systems.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain systems.
• Experience with major rebuilds and preventive maintenance.
• Attention to documentation and safety.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor others.
