The role offers a competitive pay range of $27-$46 per hour based on experience, complemented by a signing bonus of up to $15,000. Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in fleet/transportation repair and maintenance.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience with safety regulations applicable to operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on heavy-duty diesel vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related assemblies.
• Perform electrical repairs including wiring systems.

Skills

Fleet/transportation repair and maintenance experience

Valid Driver's License

Working knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems

Independent work ability

Ability to read maintenance manuals and wiring diagrams

Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA, DOT)

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent follow-up skills

Education

CDL (A class) license preferred

PA Inspection License A+ preferred
