EquipmentShare is seeking a field service technician in Pine Bluff, AR to triage, diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of construction equipment. You will manage work orders, coordinate parts, and document all activities with precision, following OSHA safety practices and standard operating procedures.

Ideal candidates bring strong mechanical aptitude, experience reading schematics, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Advanced mechanical aptitude with strong tool knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams.
• High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage, create, assign, and monitor work orders using company technology.
• Track service intervals and proactively schedule maintenance.
• Order required parts and coordinate pick-up and delivery of equipment and components.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on construction equipment.
• Document work thoroughly in electronic work orders.
• Apply safe work practices and OSHA familiarity; participate in training.
