EquipmentShare is hiring a Heavy Equipment CDL Driver for our rental facility in Marysville, WA. The role involves safely and efficiently delivering equipment, products, and materials to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Salary range: $21.50-$36.00. Final compensation may vary based on experience and location.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours. On-call during weekends only in special circumstances.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle according to applicable laws
• Transport loads safely and timely, obeying traffic laws and safety regulations
• Manoeuvre truck and trailer into loading/unloading areas, follow signals
• Assist with loading/unloading goods using specialized equipment
• Maintain signed invoices, bills of lading, and other documentation
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report malfunctions
• Arrange trailers for optimal loading patterns
• Perform other duties as assigned

Candidate Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to focus in busy environments
• Valid CDL or chauffeur’s license suitable for vehicle weight
• Pass background, drug tests, and DOT physical
• Minimum age 21
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and travel frequently
• Clean shaven if required by customer policies
• Safety-sensitive position requiring drug screening
