Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy equipment or automotive repair experience.
• Experience with hydraulics and diagnosing electric engines.
• Aerial platform and lift truck experience is a plus.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and willingness to learn.
• High school diploma and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance on a variety of material handling equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and complete equipment repairs in a timely manner, offering options that meet customer needs.
• Track parts for ongoing service jobs.
• Complete work order forms.
• Communicate with the Shop Coordinator, Shop Lead, Service Manager, and Technical Support Center.
• Proactively identify maintenance and repair opportunities.
• Follow established warranty processes.
