Job summary

Henderson Products, Inc. in Bucyrus, OH is seeking an Installation Technician to weld, fabricate and assemble equipment for heavy-duty trucks in our up-fit shop. You will read schematics and blueprints, perform diagnostics and repairs, and ensure precise installations in a collaborative team setting.

The role requires basic shop math, hand-tool proficiency, and a willingness to work on-site in a manufacturing environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Qualifications

• Basic shop math and ability to interpret work instructions, diagrams and blueprints.
• Hand dexterity and working knowledge of hand tools.
• Must be willing to work in a team environment.
• Previous experience in manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with weld, assembly processes.
• Technical degree helpful and/or specialty certifications (i.e., welding, electrical, hydraulics), not required.

Responsibilities

• MIG welding, fabrication, and assembly work in up-fit of heavy-duty truck builds.
• Perform diagnostic and repair work and read schematics/diagrams/blueprints.
• Work in the heavy bay with emphasis on accurate installations and repairs.
