Tom Nehl in Everett, MA is seeking a customer-focused parts sales associate to greet customers, assess needs, quote prices, and prepare sales orders for heavy-duty truck parts.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and accuracy in paperwork; two years of parts sales experience, a valid license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are essential. Experience with heavy-duty truck parts is a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service sales for parts.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and determine their parts needs in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Sell heavy-duty truck parts and quote prices, preparing sales orders.
• Locate and retrieve inventory, resolve issues to customer/dealership satisfaction, and complete required paperwork (packing slips, POs, warranties, cores, returns).
• Support other department tasks as needed for the business.
