Job summary

Branch's Civil Division is seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Truck Driver to join our growing team in Culpeper, VA. The driver operates heavy-duty trucks designed for off-road transport of earth, rock, or bulk materials, such as dump trucks, and ensures safe, efficient operation on job sites.

Responsibilities include routine servicing, fueling, and cleaning of equipment, operating truck controls, and positioning for loading/unloading. OSHA rules apply; DOT experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction techniques.
• 1–3 years of heavy duty truck driving experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• DOT experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• May service and make normal operating adjustments to equipment.
• Routine fueling, lubrication and servicing.
• Cleaning of equipment and work area.
• Operate controls.
• Positioning truck for loading and unloading.
• Dumping/off loading.
• May perform other related duties.
