Job summary

Valid8 Financial, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative focused on Allison Transmission products and parts for our Charlotte, NC team.

You will be the primary point of contact for fleet managers, municipal buyers, and repair shops, delivering accurate quotes, technical assistance, and efficient closures. Responsibilities include consulting on components, catalog navigation, quote management, and end-to-end sales cycle coordination within a fast-paced commercial

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of inside sales or service advisory experience in heavy truck/MDV markets.
• Allison Transmission product knowledge including model designations (RDS, HS, MH) and vocational applications.
• Proficient with EPCs, CRM systems, and heavy-duty diagnostic tools; Allison DOC is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical trade school or Allison factory training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries from commercial fleets, diagnosing drivetrain needs and identifying correct parts or complete Allison units (1000/3000/4000 Series, RDS, HS, EVS).
• Navigate EPCs and OEM spec sheets to lookup configurations, torque converters, TCMs, and PTOs.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on high-value quotes; coordinate delivery timelines to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts while targeting regional fleets and repair shops.
• Manage orders in Sage, track shipments, and coordinate core deposits and returns.
