CHEMAS Trucking, LLC in Brownsville, TX is seeking a skilled Mechanic specializing in Tractor/Trailers to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks. You will work on 18-wheeler trucks, perform routine maintenance, use diagnostic tools, and ensure safety and compliance.

CDL preferred, High school diploma required. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, repairing engines and brakes, maintaining records, and collaborating with the shop team to troubleshoot complex problems.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Mechanic for 18-wheeler trucks or heavy-duty vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, brake systems, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades
