Job summary

Ski Country Auto Repair & Towing in Frisco, CO is hiring a Heavy-Duty Tow Operator to responsibly manage towing and recovery operations in mountain conditions.

You'll operate heavy trucks, assist customers, and coordinate with law enforcement and roadside partners, while performing basic maintenance and documenting each service accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience in towing and recovery operations.
• CDL (Class A/B) with a clean driving record required.
• Pass random drug screening.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy-duty tow trucks for breakdowns and recoveries.
• Handle mountain conditions including snow and steep terrain.
• Collaborate with customers, law enforcement, and roadside providers.

Location: Frisco, Colorado. Schedule: Full-time (day, night, and on-call shifts).

What You'll Do:

• Safely operate heavy-duty tow trucks for breakdowns, accidents, and recovery scenarios.
• Handle extreme mountain conditions, including snow, ice, and steep terrain.
• Collaborate with customers, law enforcement, and roadside assistance providers.
• Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and basic repairs.
• Ensure accurate completion of service documentation.
