Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts Stores in Minnesota is seeking a Heavy-Duty Counter Parts Professional to assist customers with heavy-duty parts questions and needs. You will share knowledge on part features, benefits, and warranty information in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include operating a cash register, navigating catalogs and inventory systems, helping teammates, and contributing to store process improvements while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.

Qualifications

• Heavy duty parts knowledge/experience required.
• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Motivated to train and learn.
• Knowledge of cataloging and inventory systems is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
