Job summary

FleetPride, the nation’s leading distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, seeks a Service Manager in Memphis to supervise service operations, manage P&L, and drive EBITDA and inventory performance.

You will oversee all work orders, coach staff to high performance, ensure safety and quality, and maintain strong vendor and customer relations.

This role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and proven experience in service operations and leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in service operations and customer service.
• Ability to manage a P&L and achieve financial targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service functions and workspaces in the Service Center.
• Delegate tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure timely invoicing.
• Coach staff, control costs, and improve efficiency and safety.
• Maintain vendor relations and ensure quality service delivery.
