Job Description

The Heavy Duty Porter provides superior service to internal and external customers. Responsibilities include:

• Performing cleaning duties across Boyd Gaming properties, including Food & Beverage kitchens.
• Delivering excellent customer service and working harmoniously with coworkers.
• Empting garbage cans, grease barrels, and trays.
• Cleaning floors, walls, ceilings, floor drains, grease traps, and kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens.
• Occasionally working at the Casino Café or during special events on the Casino Boat.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses/certifications per regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

The skills for this role are typically acquired through at least two months of on-the-job training or related experience.
