Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly develop product knowledge and apply it to customer interactions.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems such as Karmak or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in person and over the phone with responsive and knowledgeable service.
• Actively sell heavy-duty vehicle parts and services to existing customers and prospects to grow sales.
• Identify opportunities to expand purchases with related products and services.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle aftermarket parts and technical specifications.
• Use catalogs, manuals, and ERP systems to identify parts and process orders and ensure accurate fulfillment.
