Job summary

TRINITY EMPLOYMENT SPECIALISTS in Tulsa is seeking an Electromechanical Assembler to build a range of mechanical and electromechanical products using hand tools, shop equipment, and basic soldering.

The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, read routers and instructions, follow safety procedures, and perform quality checks while supporting multiple production steps in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and shop equipment.
• Ability to perform basic soldering of wires and electronic components.
• Ability to read and follow product routers, work instructions, and assembly documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to learn and operate various manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual assembly of mechanical and electromechanical products.
• Use turret lathes, drill presses, table saws, chop saws, band saws, and assorted hand tools to complete production operations.
• Perform basic soldering of wires, resistors, capacitors, and other electronic components.
• Follow product routers to manage workflow and ensure products move through the required production steps.
• Perform continual quality checks and inspections on products throughout the assembly process.
• Identify workmanship or quality issues and take appropriate action according to established procedures.
• Follow assembly instructions, product specifications, and established manufacturing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Follow established quality objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Assist other departments or production areas as needed.
