Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking seasoned Heavy Equipment Mechanics to support mining operations in Nevada and Idaho. You will work on a fleet of haul trucks, loaders, dozers, and excavators, diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring equipment safety and reliability on site.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of hands-on repair experience, knowledge of Cat/Hitachi/Komatsu, and the ability to read schematics. This position involves outdoor, long shifts with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on experience in heavy equipment repair (mining or heavy civil preferred).
• Trade certification, technical training, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience reading schematics and using diagnostic tools.
• Experience with Cat, Hitachi, and Komatsu equipment preferred.
• MSHA Part 48 (metal/non-metal) required (support provided if needed).
• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
