Job summary

Ledcor Group seeks experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics to support mining operations in Nevada and Idaho. You will work on haul trucks, loaders, dozers, and excavators, ensuring critical equipment stays safe, reliable, and ready for the job.

The role requires hands-on repair, preventive maintenance, and the ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools. You will collaborate with a skilled crew, follow safety procedures, and contribute to long-term maintenance excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on experience in heavy equipment repair (mining or heavy civil preferred).
• Trade certification, technical training, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience reading schematics and using diagnostic tools.
• Experience with Cat, Hitachi, and Komatsu equipment strongly preferred.
• MSHA Part 48 (metal/non-metal) required (support provided if needed).
• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities
